The call script is :-

clip: input clip of constant format. Compat input not accepted.
sf: Effect Start Frame Number.
ef: Effect End Frame Number.
rad: maximum radius of swirl
q: quality of rendering swirl. 1 to 10 from fine to coarse.
dir: 0 or 1. Direction of apparent rotation of swirl.
x: x coordinate of Swirl origin. In frame.
y: y coordinate of Swirl origin. In frame.
grow: Swirl grows up to radius from zero upto This %age of effect duration.
steady: Swirl remains with rad up to up to This %age of effect duration.Beyond this by end of effect swirl radius decreases to zero.

This function creates Swirl on frame
