Marc's PSNR Graph
If true... then Marc's PSNR graph is also drawn on it...
Who is Marc? Perhaps Marc FD? See thread Psnr.dll :)

- It's indeed Marc FD. Dividee wrote Compare but integrated Marc's graph from Psnr.dll. In post #6 dividee wrote this:
