	This is a fork of tp7's MaskTools2 plugin. It works for high bit depth under AviSynth+ (10-16 bits, float), extends existing and add new features, contains a bugfix, and AVX and AVX2 optimizations for some filters. This branch will be called 2.2.x opposed to 2.0.* like the previous MaskTools2.
